Restless Future

"The future is ours to create and celebrate." Restless Future create a night of celebration and creative expression from amazing artists and project leaders who are passionate about using creativity as a resource. Building the future out of their passions, it'll be a night of featured acts, an open mic and lots of connecting and networking over music.

Mixed Bag

In aid of Migrant Offshore Aid Station, come and enjoy a right old 'mixed bag' of entertainment. With three acts to the evening you'll experience a little Musical Theatre Cabaret from Industry professionals including West End performers, a giggle with Comedy Improv group "Lady's Inconvenience" and rounding off the night will be Acoustic Performances from some of London's up and coming stars. Tickets online and on the door, which opens at 7:30.

Brave New Word

...presents Break Up Britain: Showcasing 10 new pieces of writing from the ashes of Brexit. London's boldest new writing party presents the chaos and calamity of modern day Britain in an evening of new writing dedicated to the personal, the political and the downright petty art of the break-up. Doors 6pm.

Comedy for Calais

We had the Crew For Calais team put together an outstanding evening of comedy - some of the finest comedians, ahead of their journey north to Edinburgh Fringe came down. All money collected went to support the refugees in the Calais Jungle via Crew for Calais.

Christian Graham – playwright

Christian Graham is a London based playwright, whose plays naturally expose the gutwrench of social change in varying forms. He brought a rehearsed reading of his play Be Born, to SLAM on 31st July. It was a play about the idolisation of youth; how we craft ourselves into who we become, changing with maturity.
